Privacy & data deletion
This dedicated review environment is operated by Open Media INC. It demonstrates Instagram analytics in CrabAI using the gohub app and Meta's official Instagram API.
When you connect your Instagram Business or Creator account, you authorize access to its profile, media and insights. Only the account authorized in your own session is shown.
- Access tokens remain on the server. Tokens and authorization codes are not logged or included in page content.
- Profile, media and insight results are held in session memory for up to two hours, with a 45-minute inactivity timeout. Sessions are isolated from one another.
- Disconnect deletes your Instagram token and data from this review session. Sign out removes the entire session. Neither action revokes your separate production connections.
- This environment uses Railway for hosting. It does not publish posts, manage ads, send messages, or send your analytics to an AI model.
